The Rancher TR by Sundowner is an all-aluminum gooseneck stock trailer with a tack room, converted to a great weekender LQ space. Unique to this trailer is an after-market weekender LQ conversion complete with a fully insulated tack room/living space, AC/Heat unit, outlet, electrical hook up, carpeted wall, nose and ceiling, wipeable walls, rollup blinds and valances in nose, and rubber mat floor for easy cleaning. The heat and ac work so well you'll be roasty toasty in the winter and cool as a cucumber in the summer (like a freezer if you want it to be)! Also, we are original owner, we purchased the trailer new! It is a total of 24' in length, 20’ in the horse box, and the 4’ tack room has a locking door, carpeted nose, rubber floor mats, tack hooks and dome light. It comes standard 7’ tall and 6’9” wide. Standard equipment also includes a full swing rear gate with sliding calf gate, a center cut gate and a side access door with full height cam latch. The Rancher TR is built with tough extruded side walls including 2 air gaps that come with tinted Plexiglas slides to allow for a wide range of ventilation options.
