Enjoy your destination in luxury. We have a less than 2-year-old destination trailer in like new shape. We’ve enjoyed it while our home in the Poconos was being built. It’s a great couple's trailer, plus an occasional guest on the pullout queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress. In the master suite is an upgraded Queen Westin Heavenly Bed Mattress for the perfect slumber. Kitchen with full sized refrigerator, gas range with full sized oven and over the range microwave. Kitchen island with double sink and great counter space. Did I mention it has a bar with bar sink and bar refrigerator? Yep! Did I mention two 50” TVs in the living area? Yep! There are two power recliners in the living room that are perfect for enjoying the electric fireplace heater and watching a movie. Yes, I said it, an electric fireplace. And a large bathroom that has great space with a large shower with glass doors that don’t attack you when you are showering. 20-gallon electric water heater for long showers and clean dishes. Speaking of cleaning, wait until you use the central vacuum! Very handy. Also, washer dryer connections in one of the many storage areas in the master bedroom. Speaking of storage, there is an amazing amount of storage room throughout. From the floor to ceiling pantry with pullout shelves in the kitchen, to the closet in the bathroom and the massive amounts of storage throughout the master bedroom including a 4-drawer dresser with a secret compartment (Shhh!). Don't forget, the bed lifts up for even more storage. Wow! And the windows wrap around the living area to make it seem like your outside. And waking up to a beautiful view looking out the huge window in the master is always a pleasant time. A sliding door to the kitchen area and separate entry door to the master bedroom. A/C in the master and a 2nd A/C in the main living area keep this Cottage nice and cool in the summer. Or open the many windows and let the 2 ceiling fans circulate the cool summer evening air. Central propane furnace heats it nicely in the cool fall mornings. An electric heater in the bedroom to take off the chill. Pickup your dream vacation home before it is gone. This RV is in excellent condition. The only thing that needs attention, the awning needs a good cleaning, and I would generally do a good roof scrubbing in the spring. Also, we modified the bed platform from a King down to a Queen. But it could easily be modified back to a King.
