2021 Grand Design Solitude 378MBS-R Fifth Wheel For Sale In Grand Rapids, Minnesota 55744

This beautiful RV was built for extended stay living. We purchased it in November 2020 at Paul Evert’s RV Country in Laughlin, Nevada and had it pulled to a seasonal site in MN. The two of us have lived in it for 2 full summers in 2021 and 2022 and 1 month so far in 2023. It has less than 2500 miles on it.

We have loved spending the summers on a lake in NE MN in our RV and it’s a beautiful camper, but life changes and we have made some major moves.

Many extras! There are 4 slides and includes the Solitude “Residential” package, the “Peace-of-Mind” package, the “Max Built Construction” package, and the “Weather-Tek” package.

A/C system is (2) Stealth A/C 15,000 BTU units (1 in LR & bedroom). The smart TV in living room is a 40” TCL Roku, there is a Rockford stereo, exterior speakers, central vacuum system, linen décor upgrade, premium roller shades, and an electric fireplace.

The living area also includes theatre seating, sofa (tri-fold queen size sofa bed), wall-mounted dinette table with 4 free-standing chairs, large island with stainless-steel undermount dual-bowl kitchen sink, and solid surface countertops with sink covers. 18 cu-ft refrigerator with lower freezer drawer, 4-burner gas stove and large oven with microwave above. There are also a hutch (with built-in wine rack) and pantry.

The bunk room includes a flip-up bunk bed over the queen-size tri-fold sofa bed, desk, cabinet with mirrors and drawers. The door to the room is a barn door with lit storage above.

The upper level includes the bathroom with 4’ shower and tri-fold sliding glass shower doors, porcelain toilet bowl, stainless steel sink and vanity with plenty of storage and a pocket door.

The bedroom has an upgraded king-size bed, USB ports and outlets by bed, dresser, storage under bed with slide-out ottoman, Logix TV, large closet with 3 mirrored sliding doors and a Splendide washer/dryer.

Outside includes outdoor kitchen with fridge and cast-iron gas grill, Solid Step quad entry steps, Keyed-A-Like, (2) 12V tank heaters, (2) power patio awnings with light strip, solar prep, 6-point hydraulic leveling system, generator prep, upgraded Cooper H-rated tires w/ 17.5” wheels, Solera slide out toppers, wired for rear camera, Moryde hitch, Lippert 6-point automatic leveling system.
