This is a 1989 SSC Saleen #93. It is 1 of 161 produced . Still has 95% original paint.( We painted the lower airdam) Southern car from new. 51,xxx original miles. This is your chance to own a piece of Saleen Mustang history. These are super collectable cars that are on the rise in value. This 1 year only SSC Saleen is the High water mark for fox body mustangs. These cars were special right from the start . This was Steve Saleens 25th anniversary car . It was called SSC for Saleen Super Car. They were not for the weak-hearted they had a window sticker of $36,500. ( about 2 Mustang GT's) They were factory prepped race cars with engine modifications, No rear seat, Factory roll bar, Special suspensions, 13 second 1/4 mile times and 156 mph top speed, etc...
They came equipped with a modified 5.0 liter engine with 292 Hp, Manual 5 Speed trans, Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors, Saleen Leather interior, Factory Roll bar, No rear seat, Adjustable shocks from inside the cockpit, A/C , AM/FM Cd system, Alloy wheels, Spoiler package, etc...
This an original car with all of its original panels with Vin numbers present. Undercarriage is also super nice with clean floors with no undercoat.
