SELLERS NOTE: Sellers are the 2nd owners of this low mile RV. Tires are 4 years old. There is a ding on the right rear. Furnace motor was replaced 3 years ago. Recently installed 2 new 6-volt deep cell batteries. The shower tub has been cracked and was repaired with silicone, although the prior water leak has caused some floor damage in the hallway. The shower diverter valve is also in need of repair.
