2004 Newmar Dutch Star 4012

This 2004 Newmar Dutch Star 4012 Class A Motorhome is 40 feet long and comes equipped with two slide outs, a patio awning, two air conditioning units, and can sleep four people comfortably. This coach is powered by a 330 HP Caterpillar diesel engine paired with an Allison transmission and sits on a Freightliner chassis.

Transformed to On or Off the Grid. Stay in a park, or out in the wilderness until you run out of water. Has a little UNDER 55K miles on a Cat Diesel, and Allison transmission. I am the second owner, put less than 1K miles on it in four Indiana State Parks. All six tires are new Firestone tires installed by Esserman Sept 2021 with less than 270 miles on them $3,600.
