This car has been very well maintained inside and out. The sellers have never driven in the winter and it has always been garaged kept, since the current owners have owned it. The seller bought this car in 1986 in Texas.
It features a 440 4 Bbl. 3.55 Sure grip paired with an automatic transmission. There was an engine overhaul done 25,000 miles ago and a transmission overhaul done last summer. There are new front brakes that were put on this summer and a new power steering pump this fall. There was a new alternator put in last year and a heater core three years ago. This car has power brakes and power steering. It was painted in 2012 and it does have a couple small bubbles that have popped up on the wheel well. This convertible has a few very small chips here and there, as stated, we drive this car.
The seller’s took it on a 1400 mile Circuit of Michigan 2 years ago, with no problems. It is a fun cruising car. It is a real head turner, always get lots of compliments and has been driven in dozens of parades. It has been entered in many local car shows, including Mopar Nationals in Columbus. It is usually the only one of its type there, or if there are others there are very few, and not as nice shape. As with any 50 year old car, it has its issues, but the sellers have done their best to keep it up and running and well-maintained. The mileage is exempt.
Don’t let this opportunity pass! This classic convertible is a must see and drive! Call (402) 502-8385 for more information.
Seller’s Notes: It does need a radiator recore, but it's not bad enough to stop from driving it for now.
