“The Black Series HQ21 is a rugged, off-road ready trailer featuring a tough exterior and luxurious interior. It is also fully off grid capable after all of the modifications that have been done to it.

The Black Series HQ21 features independent suspension, an articulating hitch and high ground clearance allowing you to push the limits and go farther than the average trailer. It has E rated, All Terrain tires (M+S) and includes 2 spares.

The independent suspension allows for the trailer to cross all types of terrain with ease. It provides a smoother ride on and off road since each wheel moves independently.

An articulating hitch is important while off roading. It allows for the truck and trailer to flex in opposite directions without the risk of unhitching like a traditional ball hitch. It is both a performance and safety feature.

The modifications include upgraded solar and battery systems, DO45+ hitch, DC to DC charger, OGO compost toilet, Houghton RecPro air conditioner, KYB shocks and more.

There is 1405 watts of solar mounted on the roof and the lithium battery totals 800 Amp hour. The upgraded wiring and inverter allow the A/C to run without needing shore power or a generator.

The compost toilet install not only lowered our water consumption but removed the need to deal with dump stations. The Black tank is currently still mounted, however, there is the option to delete it and replace it with an auxiliary fresh water tank. Another key feature for off grid expeditions.
