CONDITION:FAIRThere are a few handyman items that need attention but otherwise a solid coach that will last for years. NEW TIRES in 2023Customer removed upper bunk to give more headspace. He did a very good job. He left the upper supports there and put rubber cushions on so you would not get any splinters. He routed 3 triangle shelves to use on each corner. Floor walls and Roof all solid. The vent fan in kitchen may need new motor. There is some caulk on the front right that will need removed and reapplied. Bed system works well and allows you to keep your pillows and blankets inside. dinette & sofa vinyl in very good shape show minimal to no wear. There was a blowout on the right side and the "Darco" material was cut. You should put a new piece on or use some Eterna-bond tape to cover the bottom SEE PICSAC Blows COLDHeat blows HOTWater pump PUMPS Fridge gets cold.
