Holiday World of Houston Ebay Disclosure

 

Terms of this Sale:

You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the RV described above.  Holiday World of Houston, (Seller) must receive a 10% non-refundable partial payment, signed purchase agreement, and copy of drivers licensed from winning Bidder immediately after close of auction to secure the above described RV.  Winning Bidder must arrange for full payment within 48 hours of close of auction either through Seller’s financial sources or outside sources. 

 

Final Payment:

Winning Bidder may secure funds through Seller’s facilitated sources.  For help arranging for a Pre-Approved loan please contact Seller’s Ebay representative.  Seller will only accept certified funds or wired funds for final payment.  Seller will not accept drafts, so please don’t ask.          

 

Qualified Bidders:

Must be of 18 years of age and have the where with all to fulfill and complete financial transaction.

 

Representations and Warranties:

New untitled RV’s will be represented by manufacturer’s warranty.  All used RV’s are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." No warranty is expressed, written or implied from the Seller whatsoever; however, there may be a manufacturer’s factory warranty or component warranty remaining on the RV. The Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value of this vehicle and to bid based upon that judgment solely.

 

Titling, Taxes, & Registration Fees:

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, counties, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

 RV titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time Seller pays a vehicle off. While Seller usually has all titles in their possession at closing, there are occasions where Seller may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

All shipping charges are Bidder's responsibility. Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!  Seller will only provide transport options such as drivers, haulers, drive away companies, or international shipping information from a US port.  Bidder is responsible for all cost associated with transportation, shipping or delivery.
