Payment in full (including any applicable storage fees) and government issued photo ID are required to release any vehicle). 

Vehicles not picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will be subject to a penalty of $60.00 plus $20.00 PER DAY (passenger car, motorcycle) and $40.00 PER DAY (RV, trailer, boat) for storage fees, unless arrangements are made with documented correspondence through Ebay. Storage fees are NOT negotiable and must be paid prior to release of vehicle.

Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in a lifetime bid block. If you have special circumstances, PLEASE contact us prior to bidding and make arrangements.

The winning bidder is responsible for vehicle pick up at our Orange Facility (551-A North Batavia, Orange, CA 92868). WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE. 

SMOG (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY) 1976 AND NEWER VEHICLES:

If you are a California Resident intending to register this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, we can provide you with a certificate of compliance or non-compliance along with the sale. There will be a $50.00 fee added to your total amount if providing. We require email request notification from you at least one (1) business day prior to pick up for the test. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE AS TO THE VEHICLE WILL PASS OR FAIL AN EMISSION TEST. 

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into CA SMOG conformity.
