This vehicle is offered through a charitable vehicle donation program. Just Donated, Inc. is a vehicle donation processing center for multiple charitable organizations, which are the owners of these vehicles. Just Donated facilitates the processing of donated vehicles on behalf of the charities. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer or a repair facility.

We charge a buyer’s fee in addition to the final bid price. Please be aware that your winning bid will have the following buyer’s fee added to the final purchase price. Be mindful of this when bidding.

VEHICLE CONDITION (OBSERVATIONAL ONLY)

Vehicle started on its own power at the time of inspection.
Vehicle engages into gear via manual transmission and moves forward and backwards.
It should be noted that at times the vehicle emits white smoke from the exhaust, which appears to come and go.
A slight smell of oil was noticed in the smoke. No diagnosis was performed. Further inspection and diagnosis are recommended.
Vehicle was alley tested only and was not road tested at highway speeds.

Donor Stated Information:

The donor indicated that he previously purchased the vehicle through a Bring a Trailer auction.
According to the donor, the vehicle was described at the time of his purchase as a 1976 Porsche 911S Targa equipped with a modified flat-six engine and manual transmission.

The donor also indicated the vehicle features:
Steel Turbo-style fender flares (front and rear)
Whale tail rear spoiler
Porsche 17” Fuchs-style alloy wheels

The donor also provided a handwritten note sheet that was reportedly included with the vehicle at the time of his purchase. The notes reference numerous upgrades and specifications including engine configuration, suspension components, oil cooling components, and other performance-related items.
Within the notes, the engine is referenced as a “2.9 Euro” modified engine configuration, along with various performance components. A photo of this handwritten note is included in the listing for buyer reference.

REGISTRATION & TITLE

Registration status is based on visible tags only (EXP: Mar 2025) / (Plate Number: PORS76). We are not aware of any back fees, penalties, tolls, or violations. Buyers are encouraged to verify registration status and any fees directly with the California DMV using the VIN and license plate prior to bidding.

Title/Documentation: Comes with a Clear Montana Title. For out-of-state buyers, verify with your local DMV what is required to register this vehicle in your state.

SALES TAX & DMV FEES

Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, registration fees, transfer fees, penalties, and any past-due charges assessed by the buyer’s state of residence. California buyers are encouraged to contact the CA DMV prior to bidding to estimate title, registration, and transfer fees using the VIN and plate.

SMOG (CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY) – 1976 AND NEWER VEHICLES

Vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No smog certificate is provided unless requested by the buyer. At the buyer’s request only, and for convenience, we may arrange a third-party emissions test prior to pickup for a $50 fee. Email request is required at least one (1) business day prior to pickup. We make no guarantee that the vehicle will pass or fail an emissions test.

California Vehicle Code (CVC) §24007(b)(2), issued in accordance with Health & Safety Code §44015, states that buyers may be presented with a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Noncompliance issued within ninety (90) days before or at the time of sale. A Certificate of Noncompliance may allow the buyer to pay applicable registration fees and taxes, transfer the vehicle into their name at the CA DMV, and receive up to ninety (90) days

of temporary registration from the certificate issue date, allowing time to repair the vehicle and bring it into CA smog conformity.

VEHICLE PICKUP

Pickup location: 551-A North Batavia, Orange, CA 92868. Appointment is strongly recommended. Government-issued photo ID is required to release any vehicle.

Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Sat: 10:00 AM – 1:45 PM (No transporter pickup on Saturday)

STORAGE FEES (IMPORTANT)

Vehicles not picked up within three (3) days of auction end will be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made and documented through eBay messaging. Storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release.

Storage fees:

• $60 initial fee, plus

• $20 per day (passenger vehicles and motorcycles)

• $40 per day (RVs, trailers, and boats)

Vehicles not paid for and picked up within three (3) days may result in a lifetime bid block.
