• Commitment to Purchase: When a buyer places a bid, they are making a commitment to purchase the item if they win the auction. Bidding is a binding agreement to complete the transaction.
• Pre-Bid Questions: It is strongly recommended that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid. This ensures clarity and understanding about the item being auctioned.
• Feedback Requirement: If a buyer has less than 10 feedbacks on eBay, they are required to contact the seller via eBay messaging before bidding. The seller reserves the right to remove bids from buyers with low, poor, or negative feedback.
• Serious Bidding: Bidders are urged to bid only if they are serious about owning the vehicle or item being auctioned. Bidding should not be taken lightly, as it is a legally binding contract to purchase.
• Non-Payment Reporting: All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay. This measure is taken to ensure accountability and adherence to the auction terms.

·         Payment Deadline: The vehicle must be paid in full within 48 hours of the auction end. Any vehicle that is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to relist.

·         Payment Options: You have several payment options to choose from, including:

• Caramel via eBay
• ACH (Automated Clearing House)
• Wire Transfer
• Credit Card + 3.5% Fee

           Note: Credit card payments come with a 3.5% charge.

• Cash: Please note that we do not accept any form of payment at pick up.
• Payment Processing Time: It's important to be aware that some payment methods may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. This means that the payment may not be immediately visible as cleared funds.
• Access Restriction: Access to the yard or the vehicle will not be granted until the full payment has been received and cleared.

1. Vehicle Sold "AS-IS": This vehicle is being sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed, written, or implied , regarding the condition or performance of the vehicle.
2. Description and Authenticity: The Seller shall not be responsible for the correctness of the description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects of the vehicle. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and should not be construed as a warranty of any kind.
3. No Allowance for Imperfections: The Seller will not make any allowance or compensation on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage found in the vehicle. Buyers should be aware that they are purchasing the vehicle in its current condition.
4. Responsibility for Inspection: It is the responsibility of the Buyer or their authorized agent to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before taking possession of it. The Seller strongly encourages buyers to conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess the vehicle's condition accurately.
5. Repairs: The Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs needed or required on the vehicle. Buyers should be prepared to address any necessary repairs or maintenance independently.
6. No Allowance After Pickup: Once the buyer or their authorized agent picks up the vehicle, no allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage. It is crucial for buyers to carefully inspect and accept the vehicle in its current state.

These terms are intended to make it clear that the vehicle is sold without any warranties, and buyers are responsible for evaluating the vehicle's condition themselves before completing the purchase.
