Description

1980 Chris Craft 45 Commander 45’ Cruiser Yacht

Cummins 400 Inboard (2) Diesel Motors

Maintained & Runs

Appraised at $48,000

Location Chula Vista CA 91910

This stunning yacht has been maintained and everything works. Super powerful Cummins engine. Cummins VT8370M engines

Port engine runs.

Currently the starboard engine is getting a new head gasket. Was ordered and waiting for it to come. Much of that work has been paid for and estimates $1500-$2000 to put everything back together again. It’s been taken apart, cleaned up and prepped.

The injectors were just redone. Bearings redone.

Some cosmetic work needs to be done.

Redid all the flooring and any old stuff.

Light remodel needed.

Upkept always. Serviced with receipts & appraisal.

Has all manuals and wiring diagrams.

Hull gets cleaned each month.

Solar panels, electrical water heater (needs to be replaced).

It’s basically like a 2 bed 2 bath condo that moves.

14.5 kw diesel generator.

45’ x 15’ beam.

The slip, where the boat is located, is transferable.

Owner has put in over $40,000 into repairs already on the boat. The boat still runs on the one engine but it would be recommended to finish fixing the starboard engine before running the boat.

One room was being remodeled and was not finished. The room still needs wallpaper, laminate and some cabinets.

The hot water heater still needs replacement.
