This motorhome is very clean inside, as you can see in the photos.
It was driven well before being parked in 2006, and the brakes were in good condition at that time.
The engine has exceptionally low mileage, only 25,858 making this a rare find for a classic 1985 Tioga Arrow.
Manuals are included for both the motorhome and the generator.
The floors are solid, and our inspector did not find any mold.

Known Damages
Developed undetected leaks during the 2023 4 winter, causing some ceiling damages and structural damage in the right front cabin.
The tires are aged with tread present but not safe for driving.
The manual awning is in poor condition, and the Onan Emerald I generator is not currently operational.

· "As Is" in current condition with "No Warranty": Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.

· No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

· Ask Questions Before Bidding: To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.

· Binding Contract: Placing a bid on an item is a commitment and constitutes a binding contract. By bidding, the buyer commits to purchasing the item should they win the auction.

· Non-Paying Winners: In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our auction process, non-paying winners will be reported to eBay. This underscores the importance of fulfilling your commitment to purchase.

· Payment and Pickup Deadline: Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.

Any vehicle that is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist.

· Payment Processing: Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

· Shipping: Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
