·         "As Is" in current condition with "No Warranty": Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.
·         No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

4. Repairs: The Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs needed or required on the vehicle. Buyers should be prepared to address any necessary repairs or maintenance independently.
