Named "PERSEVERANCE" this Sloop Rig is something special to look at. Please see the extra photos in the marine survey included with the photos.

The owner says that the bottom is due for paint and the water pump on the engine needs to be replaced. Also, the canvas cover on the dodger needs to be replaced along with the dripless shaft.

The survey found the boat to be clean and serviceable and suitable for both harbor and coastal use. Hull has normal wear and tear.

· No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

· Ask Questions Before Bidding: To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.

· Binding Contract: Placing a bid on an item is a commitment and constitutes a binding contract. By bidding, the buyer commits to purchasing the item should they win the auction.

· Non-Paying Winners: In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our auction process, non-paying winners will be reported to eBay. This underscores the importance of fulfilling your commitment to purchase.

· Payment and Pickup Deadline: Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.

Any vehicle that is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist.

· Payment Processing: Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

· Shipping: Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
