All vehicles sold by Carsandmore2001 are donated to our charity and sold based on the information and images provided by the donor. The vehicles are sold "As Is" with "No Warranty."

The buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing the vehicle in its current condition, and there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover a defect in the vehicle after purchase.

It is recommended that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.

Placing a bid on an item in the auction constitutes a binding contract. By bidding, the buyer commits to purchasing the item if they win the auction.

Non-paying winners of the auction will be reported to eBay.

Payment for the vehicles must be made within 24 hours of the auction's end.

Shipping is not provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.

· All vehicles sold through our auctions are generous donations made to our charity. These vehicles are presented for sale based on the information and images provided by the donors.

· Discrepancy Reporting: In the event that a buyer or his agent discovers a major discrepancy between the auction listing and the actual vehicle at the time of pickup, we ask the buyer not to pick up the vehicle. Instead, please take pictures and promptly contact us via eBay.

· Inspection and Acceptance: Once the buyer or their authorized agent takes possession of the vehicle, no allowances will be made for any defects or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer or his agent to thoroughly inspect and accept the vehicle in its current state.

· "As Is" in current condition with "No Warranty": Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.

· No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

· Ask Questions Before Bidding: To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.

· Shipping: Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
