The condition of the motor home is good. It runs well and there are no major maintenance issues.

I started it in September of this year. The brakes & tires are good.

(We just tried starting up the motorhome, it turns over but will not start. It will need new batteries)

It has been a while since it has been driven though, probably 10 months.

Look at the photos; it’s beautiful inside with leather seats & a couch with a TV in the front.

There are two slide outs & an awning (We could not test them because the batteries were dead)

I am not aware of any leaks or water damage; The interior is dry and in good condition. However it sat unused over the winter so the potential for water line leaks is there. You would have to fill the water tanks and test them to be sure.

· Payment and Pickup Deadline: Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.

Any vehicle that is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist.

· Payment Processing: Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

· Shipping: Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
