This is a one owner Suburban!

This Chevy was very well maintained at the same Chevy dealer since day one. Please see the CarFax report at the end of the picture gallery.

The brakes are all in good shape, and all 4 tires (high quality Michelin's) have great tread left. See the picture gallery for exact measurements.

This is not a snow/salt belt car, and instead spent its life in Delaware. This Suburban has no body rust and very minimal undercarriage rust. See the underside pictures in the gallery. This is very rare condition for 4WD trucks from this era.

This Suburban is a top of the line LTZ model, which was a $8500 package and then another $2500 in options were added as well for a sticker price of $53515, a lot for an SUV in 2007. All features and options work as designed.

The interior is in as close to perfect condition as you will find anywhere and has no bad odors (non-smoking vehicle). The truck has a dash cover on top of the dashboard (which is cracked like every other GM truck/SUV from this time period).

The exterior is also in near perfect shape, the paint shines like new, and has just a few very minor blemishes. These can be seen towards the end of the picture gallery.
