Purchaser must provide an immediate deposit via credit or debit card. The balance is due within 5 days unless negotiated differently at time of purchase. Acceptable payment methods are wire transfer, cash, or loan.

The total amount due will be the purchase price plus a $250 documentation fee plus an $18.50 temporary tag fee, plus a $15.00 Ohio title fee plus sales tax. We collect sales tax for the residents of Ohio, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan and South Carolina. Out-of-state and out-of-country purchasers are responsible for all sales tax, title and registration fees when they register the vehicle in their home state or country. As a courtesy, we can help you register your vehicle in your home state, and the normal fees charged in that state will be due.

Purchasers must provide valid photo identification. U.S. buyers must provide a copy of a valid drivers license and their social security number. Non-U.S. purchasers must provide a copy of a valid passport. Other identification and /or proof of residency may be required to complete the transaction. Porche of North Olmsted reserves the right to obtain the registration information of all bidders who participate in this auction.

Brand new Porsche vehicles still under the Manufactuer's Statement of Origin (MSO) are available only to U.S. residents. Only pre-owned vehicles which have already been titled are available to non-U.S. purchasers.

Sold "where-is." You are responsible for picking up the vehicle or making shipping arrangements. We will not release a vehicle to a shipping company unless it is paid in full. We can help with shipping arrangements, however, any such arrangement is a courtesy only, and Porsche of North Olmsted is not responsible for any damage or claims related to shipping the vehicle.

Sold "as-is". Porsche of North Olmsted offers no warranty or guarantee of suitability. Manufacturer warranty may still apply. An extended warranty or vehicle service contract may be available at additional cost. No representations or warranties are made by Porsche of North Olmsted, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Porsche Of North Olmsted welcomes a buyer's inspection. Inspection fees are bidder's responsibility.

If outside the US, you are responsible for any non-U.S. title work, any import or export tariffs and all shipping arrangements.

You are welcome to take delivery of the car in person. We are about 10 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins International airport, and I can pick you up during reasonable hours.

The mileage listed in the auction is accurate as of the initial date of listing. Our cars do go on test drives, and the mileage may be reasonably higher at the time of purchase.

This vehicle is for sale on our lot, and it may be advertised in local newspapers. I reserve the right to end this auction early, without notice and without reason. All vehicles are subject to prior sale even if this listing is still active.
