This 1947 Piper J3C-85, N110RR, has undergone a meticulous ground-up restoration, making it a standout example of the iconic Cub. It features new Grove wheels and brakes for enhanced ground handling and stopping power. A 12-gallon auxiliary fuel tank has been installed in the left wing, increasing range and versatility. The aircraft boasts new leading edges and a completely overhauled engine as of February 1, 2025, with only 6 hours since overhaul. The engine includes new Superior Millennium cylinders, all new bearings, a polished camshaft, and a crank turned .020", with all work fully logged. With a total time of 2,306 hours, this J3C-85 is a rare opportunity to own a classic aircraft in like-new condition.
