The vehicle is powered by a rebuilt 2.8L V6 engine featuring 2.9 valve heads drilled for cooling and a Delta grind cam. Performance upgrades include an Offenhauser dual-plane intake, a new 390 CFM four-barrel carburetor, headers, and a 2¼-inch exhaust system. The drivetrain includes a world-class T5 manual transmission connected to a custom Ford 8-inch rear end with 4.11 gears. Additional upgrades include HEI electronic ignition, a hydraulic clutch system, and a new clutch and pressure plate. The conversion was completed alongside a comprehensive body restoration, all of which is fully documented. Interior enhancements include new dash instruments and a genuine walnut dashboard.
