The Perkins 4-108 diesel engine, rebuilt with only 360 hours, provides reliable power, supported by a 50-gallon stainless steel fuel tank. The 10-gallon hot water tank is heated by either the engine or 12v electric.

Deck appointments feature three anchors (solid plow, Danforth, and hinged plow), a 300 ft 3/8 in chain (primary), and two 200 ft 5/8 in nylon lines. The boat is equipped with a 12v windlass for both chain and line, foldout transom swim ladder, two propane storage tanks, Lemar winches for genoa halyard and sheet, a roller furling winch, and a dinghy davit with fully functional solar panels and wiring for radar and wind turbine (radar and wind turbine not included). Additional equipment includes an inflatable dinghy with a Nissan 8 outboard motor and a topside propane grill.

The bilge system consists of a 12v shower pump, 12v bilge pump, and a hand pump in the cockpit. The galley is well-appointed with two stainless steel sinks, a 12v hot and cold water pressure pump, and a 50-gallon potable water tank with space for two additional tanks. Navigation aids include a gimbaled and lighted compass at the steering station, Raymarine Auto Pilot ST4000, NOAA nautical charts for the eastern US coast, three handheld GPS units, a depth gauge, and engine speed and temperature displays visible from the cockpit.

This sailboat features two heads and shore power air conditioning. The hull, rigging, and deck are all in sound, sail-away condition. Unfortunately, due to the owner's recent stroke, the boat is being sold. This well-maintained vessel is ready for new adventures on the water.
