For sale is a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, a true classic with a powerful twist. Under the hood, you'll find a Blueprint Boost Ready 383 Stroker engine paired with a B&M 144 supercharger and a Holley 700 CFM blower carb, installed in 2020, with only about 2,000 miles on it. The transmission is a built 200R4, designed to handle up to 550 hp, installed in 2016 with around 3,000 miles on it. The rear end features a 7.625 housing with 3.73 gears, though it is non-posi. The body is in great shape, fully repainted in 2014, with all new weather stripping and has been garaged ever since. The frame and underbody are solid with no issues. With 186k miles on the body, most wear items like steering, suspension, and brakes have been replaced. It’s a T-top car, but the T-tops do leak a little. The interior is in good condition, with most worn items replaced, except for the dash, which has a colored cover. The car doesn’t have A/C or cruise control, and the air vent control only blows to the floor and windshield. The speedometer is a bit off, but everything else works fine. This is a fun, fast car that still looks original and is ready to hit the road. It has a clean title in hand and just passed the MA inspection. Extra parts are included, including the original 305 engine with 40k rebuilt miles, which still turns over. This Monte Carlo SS is a great combination of classic looks and modern performance!
