2007 Freightliner FS-65 Digital Nomad Skoolie Motorhome
For sale is my 35' custom skoolie, a high-end digital studio and tiny home on wheels that will make your digital nomad dreams come true. It’s a luxurious log cabin inside with all of the modern amenities you could want!
Go full digital nomad or use this as a fantastic tiny home if you just want to add an office to your property. I built it out with a FULL bathroom with shower, FULL kitchen with stove including tiled backsplash (no plastic low end stuff anywhere to be found including the custom tiling), and full studio for doing your Zoom calls or working on your art projects.
I lovingly transformed this bus for over 6 years. This mobile sanctuary, equipped with a Mercedes-Benz MBE 906 6.4L engine and an Allison 2000 automatic transmission, has taken me from the Rockies to Burning Man, from the beautiful Highway 1 in California to Miami beach, and everywhere in between.
The entire bus is covered in wood (except the ceiling) with 2 sets of lighting: 1 custom LED system trimmed on every wall outside of the bathroom that you can control from your phone & convenient ceiling lights with warm soft light for each room. This is a one-of-a-kind tiny home unlike any other that you can drive around like an RV or park in 1 spot forever and just live in it.

6 Battleborn LiFePO4 batteries (100Ah each), Victron MultiPlus Inverter/Charger 3000VA, 50-gallon propane tank, 50-gallon black water tank, 2 x 40-gallon grey water tanks, 40-gallon fresh water tank, tankless hot water heater, and a backup propane heater. It is solar and/or generator ready to you can go truly offgrid.

Purple brand memory foam mattress with 600-thread count sheets and 180-degree rear window view visible right from your bed (park in the mountains or ocean and look out into the distance), fully tiled shower, Dometic brand residential-height toilet also with tiling, full kitchen-sized double stainless steel sink with 3-stage filtration water built-in, pull-out trash and recycling bin, pull-out table, 2 Dometic AC and heat ceiling units. 3 beds + a couch = sleeping room for 5.
