Meet Persephone, a 2011 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT Premium custom-built campervan that was designed for life on the road. Built out in the fall of 2021, she served as my home and travel companion for a year. I'm now selling her because I’ve settled back in Colorado and am looking to upgrade to a 4x4. Persephone is ready for her next adventure. This van features power windows, keyless entry, cruise control, and averages 22 MPG, making her a practical and comfortable road companion. She’s fully equipped with privacy-enhancing features like 5% tinted windows, window coverings, and a cabin curtain. Inside, you'll find sheep’s wool insulation, a versatile twin-sized bed that converts into a bench seat, and a custom countertop with a sink that drains into the environment, running water, and a 6-gallon clean water tank. Powered by two 100W solar panels and an EcoFlow River Pro portable power station, Persephone is ready for off-grid living. She also has a 20Qt 12V fridge, an aftermarket Kenwood touchscreen radio with device mirroring and Bluetooth, and a MaxxAir Maxxfan Deluxe Roof Vent Fan. Persephone loves being on the move, and she’s looking for a new owner who will continue her journey.


On 12/30/24, Persephone was checked out by a mechanic. After an oil change and a break-line flush, she received a clean bill of health.
