It includes a self-leveling system, can accommodate a king-size mattress, and comes with a Cummins Onan RV QG 5500 LP generator that has only been used twice. The downstairs A/C unit was recently replaced, and documentation is included along with the original owner’s manual.

The only minor issues noted are that the upstairs A/C unit may occasionally flip a breaker during extremely hot weather, and the furnace can sometimes rattle. Otherwise, the unit has required no major repairs and remains solid and functional throughout.
