Four opposing slides create an open and spacious floor plan that provides comfort and space to enjoy your time on the road or at your favorite campsite. Three 15K BTU Roof-mounted AC units keep the unit cool on the hottest of days (2 replaced this year)., and the fireplace and aqua hot system (complete service & all the pumps updated last year) keeps the unit warm on the coldest of nights. The heated tile flooring is another wonderful feature that makes life enjoyable in this motorhome.
The woodwork is beautiful, with a rich, warm color, as are the Corian countertops throughout the motorhome.
The living area features a large flat-screen Samsung smart TV (3 years old as well as the outside Samsung smart TV), over a fireplace, opposing sofas, and captain's chairs that swivel to provide additional seating space for enjoying the evening.
The galley is fully equipped with a microwave, over a two-burner induction cooktop with matching covers to the countertop - the optional dishwasher is below the cooktop unit. The double kitchen sink with matching covers and the residential stainless steel refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser in the door and a large freezer drawer at the bottom. The dining table can seat up to 4; two additional chairs are stored below the master bed.
The hall half-bath is located prior to entering the master bedroom suite, which has a rear master bath. The queen-size bed (easily converted to a King) has storage below and in overhead cabinets, plus nightstands on both sides with electrical connections if needed. The large wall of cabinets includes a TV and DVD player below and plenty of wardrobe and storage space in the closets and drawers. There is also a built-in vacuum system & portable soft water unit that goes with the coach.
The master bathroom is the full width of the RV and features a large corner step-in shower with a skylight overhead and a corner sink with lots of cabinet space above and below it. The toilet is opposite the sink, and there is a stacked clothes washer and dryer unit in the full-height closet to your right as you enter the bathroom. Both bathrooms have newer Fantastic fans for ventilation as well as the fan in the kitchen area.
Outside, the large power patio awning allows you to enjoy the campsite, and the large exterior Samsung smart TV makes this a great unit for tailgating at your favorite team's events. Added an Extra Camera, Tire Pressure Monitor System, Extra GPS System, Tons of extras.
The unit features multiple slide-out storage trays in the basement storage area, power take-up reels for the 50-amp power cord and the water hose, and all of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the unit. On the roof, there is both a HD satellite dish as well as an in motion satellite. I also have a T-Mobile modem for your internet and WiFi.
The full-body paint is in great condition, A10.0kW QD generator is on a slide-out tray at the front of the RV. The RV has always been stored indoors when not in use.
