Sleeping loft over front end easily accessible with ladder. Dinette lays flat as well. The sofa opens into a queen sleeper. Plenty of room for the family. Pictures do not reflect actual space as the dinette slide is against our home when parked. The master queen mattress is a nearly new Nectar brand; nightstands on either side of the bed, a large, mirrored closet, overhead storage, and more drawers; the slide makes the room feel large and easily accessible on both sides of the bed. Stacked washer & dryer (no more laundromats). The bathroom space closes off for privacy.
