This beautiful RV has the legendary Ford F53 Chassis with a 6.8-liter V10 engine and only 24,715 miles. The 19.5 "Michelin RVX" tires were new in December 2021, when I bought it. It also has a tire monitoring system which reports pressure and temperature of each tire every 25 seconds. My wife can drive this size RV in comfort. The 22-foot slide on the passenger side makes the dining area and the kitchen very roomy. The automatic hydraulic jacks work with the push of a button!

This coach sleeps eight people. It also has good storage space in the pantry by the entrance, in the master bedroom and under the bed.

It has a 4000-watt Onan Generator to keep the batteries charged and to run the 13.5 BTU Air Conditioner. A 6-gallon electronic spark gas / electric water heater heats things up. The eight cubic feet LP, or 120-volt Refrigerator/freezer, works well to keep everything cold. This beautiful RV has a 16-foot patio awning and new Sunbrella fabric with a metallic cover. The exterior entertainment center has USB charging ports, a 120-volt duplex plug, and a flat-screen stereo and speakers.

This model has a Huge 3' x 3' coach-wide rear compartment with doors on each side and in the back for easy access. There is also storage space in four other compartments on the sides. A New Renogy Inverter/ Charger provides 120-volt power to things without the generator running, which is great for watching TV on one of the three TVs at night. It also charges the two (new in 23') 6-volt Interstate 225-amp-hour batteries quickly and efficiently.

The bathroom has spacious cabinets and a large shower with a skylight overhead.

There is a 43" TV in front, a smaller one in the master bedroom. A new 9" Color Monitor is attached to the dash, which displays the view from both side cameras and the double-view rear camera.

There is a connection from the 25 gallon chassis-mounted propane tank to run a gas grill or fireplace. The entire coach is fiberglass on the outside with painted-on graphics and a clear top coat. The Master Queen mattress is from Comfort Zone.

We are asking $53,500 or Best Offer!. I have an extended warranty from "No Repair Cost, Inc" that is transferrable for $100. It covers all Appliances, Air Conditioners, Engine, Transmission and all moving parts, for a $100 deductible. It is valid until 10/15/2026 or 50,000 miles (With just under 25K miles now), that is 25,000 more miles of coverage. I can also provide a clean car-fax report on the coach.
