This Pace Arrow performs well in any RV park running on 50 amp or it can go off grid and get power from the highly efficient Onan 8000 Diesel Generator. Spending time off the grid is easy with a 100 gallon water tank, 50 gallon waste tank, 75 gallon gray tank and a 38 gallon propane tank plus the 2000 watt inverter.

It is powered by a Cummins ISB 6.7L 340HP engine with an Allison 6-speed transmission. This RV has plenty of power in highway traffic or mountain inclines ! Equipped with a 5000 lb towing hitch which can pull your car,boat or trailer.

The 38k is a well planned layout with tons of space ! 3 slide outs with one that is almost the length of the coach. The door opens into a cab with leather captain chairs that spin into the living room when parked. Passenger seat is made into a recliner. Power step cover for comfort and security. C shaped leather dinette that makes into bed for two adults. Stainless steel residential size refrigerator and convection/ microwave combo with 3 burner gas stove top that makes meals with ease. L shaped leather couch that converts into a bed and can sleep one adult or two children. Living room area has an electric fireplace/ heater with 43 TV above it. With a convenient half bath for guests!

The primary has a king size bed that sits up for watching TV or reading .Another TV sits across from the bed with 2 closets with lots of drawer space . Also there is a door that separates the bedroom and master bath from the rest of the coach. Nice roomy full bath with shower and vacuum porcelain toilet is at the back end of the rv. Beautiful brown, gold, bronze backsplash throughout which goes beautifully with the rich cabinet and java spice trim colors that adds to the luxurious homey feel.

There are a few minor small scratches/nicks on the body along with some discoloration on a small section of dinette leather and a crease with a small ding in leather headboard.. Please call for detailed info and additional photos.
