2022 Forest River Riverstone Legacy 39RKFB Fifth Wheel

For Sale is a 2022 Forrest River, Riverstone Legacy, 39RKFB (See below: Also available is the 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali, SRW).

This 42’7”, four-slide, full-body paint, 5.5 KW LP Cummins generator equipped (under 5.0 hours), 5th Wheel is in amazing condition! The Forrest River difference on this rig shows, especially in the 3” hung walls, insulated to R-16, and insulated windows. In a year that saw a hard freeze and scorching hot temperatures, you would have thought you were living in a house.

It was purchased in June of 2022 in Boerne, TX . It was lived in full-time at the Joint Base San Antonio RV Park from June 2022 through March 2023. Upon transfer to Washington, DC, the RV was driven from TX to VA and put into covered storage, with 30Amp electrical service, where it has remained since about 15 April 2023. In total, the rig only has approximately 1,900 miles on it. We are selling the rig because we are starting a family and will not have need for a 5th wheel for multiple years.

Since purchasing, the RV batteries and electrical were upgraded. Four 12.8V 100Ah 1280Wh LiFePo (lithium-iron-phosphate) batteries with mobile battery health monitoring, as well as a 3000W combined Inverter/Converter were installed. This gives the coach unparalleled battery capability and coincidentally freed up a 20amp circuit in the process. An ethernet cable was also pre-run for future expansion of battery monitoring options from Renogy.

Note: Photos indicate some personal items that will not convey with the sale unless agreement is reached. These include: Bedroom Bose sound bar; computer monitor, printer, and misc. technology on the desk. The 5th wheel came standard with the Dyson vacuum so it will transfer to the new owner. The after-market installed Nest Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector is included.

As mentioned above, our 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali, which has towed the 5th wheel beautifully is also available for purchase. We will not sell the truck prior to the sale of the RV and it will be offered first to whoever purchases the 5th wheel. Truck upgrades include installation of hitch with in-bed 7-pin connection, near-flush hard rolling tonneau cover, Texas dark window tint, Rear airbag suspension with remote control for easy on-the-go adjustments, and a Blackvue Dash Camera. Mileage on the truck as of 30 July 24 is 25,000 with 685 engine hours. Asking for Truck: $65,000.
