2008 Glastron 259 Cruiser

2008 Glastron 259 Cruiser, an excellent boat for both weekend getaways and summer fun on the water. I purchased it in March of this year, but it’s a bit too small for my needs when coving out, so I’m open to trading for a 20' or larger pontoon (I traded mine to buy this boat and now I miss it). Powered by a 5.7 GIC Volvo Penta 300 hp engine, it cruises at up to 45 mph with low engine hours. It comes with a 2008 Metal Craft trailer, making transport easy, and a 56-gallon fuel tank to keep you going all day.

The boat is equipped with air conditioning, a head with a shower and vacu-flush china toilet, and a windlass for added convenience. It features a recently updated camper enclosure, a wet bar with a sink in the spacious entertainment area, and a sound system with AM/FM, CD, and Sirius satellite radio. There’s even a lighted swim platform, remote control lighting, and trim tabs for added control and functionality. The galley includes a microwave, electric/alcohol stove, and a 12v/AC refrigerator, with plenty of storage throughout the boat.

The cabin interior is in excellent condition, while the cockpit area is in very good shape, with only minor repairs that may need to be addressed. The cockpit carpet has been replaced with a one-piece solution, and the rear seating can be converted into a small bed, with additional inserts in the cabin for extra sleeping space, including a twin sleeping compartment. The exterior is in excellent condition and just needs a fresh wax.

The sale includes ropes, fenders, an electric shore cable, and life jackets—everything you need for a great time on the water. A 2000W solar generator is also available for $2,000, along with a 200W suitcase solar panel (with two additional 200W panels available). There’s still plenty of summer left to enjoy this fantastic cruiser. Viewings are available by appointment only, as I’ll be out on my larger boat.
