2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40TH Class A Motorhome

This Coach has been taken care of. It has had repairs completed as needed. Front Steer tires have been replaced 2024 and have less than 5000 miles. Rear tires are in good shape. New entry steps 2025, The Coach has Four slides. Separate Washer and Dryer. Will come with a new Unused Queen Mattress in the bedroom. The passenger side couch pulls out and has an air adjustable Queen mattress. This unit has all that Tiffin offered in 2010. Has the Diesel Generator which was recently serviced in 2024 with new oil and filters and less than 700 hours. Front rooftop A/C replaced 2022 and the rear A/C motor was replaced including new capacitors. The Dash Air System was totally replaced in 2025. The Drivers side Slide Topper was replaced in 2022. There is a new 40" Smart flat screen TV installed above the windshield.

A 2024 Roadmaster All Terrain tow bar 10,000 # rating used one time is included if purchased at Our Listing Price.
