Where traditional ramp trailers present a challenge with higher load angles and the inconvenience of ramps that have to be repositioned, the CAM Superline Full Deck Tilt Trailer eliminates the need for ramps with a gravity powered tilting deck.Designed for easy loading, this trailer features a knife edge approach which creates a smooth and level entry point onto the deck. Dexter 4-inch drop axles ensure a lower deck height and low load angle of approximately 9 degrees. This lower load angle reduces incline and ensures easy and proper loading of equipment.The tilting deck is mounted with a pivot point strategicaly located which allows it to tilt into the loading position via gravity. A hydraulic cushion cylinder provides variable adjustability of the gravity tilt operation. A hydraulic flow control valve with adjustment knob allows the user to control the speed at which the deck is tilted. Two foldable, locking heavy duty latches secure the deck for transportation.The trailer is constructed with a heavy duty 6 inch angle steel main frame with 6 inch channel tongue. For convenience, a tool box with locking lid is integrated into the tongue area. Fully gusseted diamond plate fenders provide extra rigidity to the trailer's frame. These Fenders will not fold or crush when stood on.The CAM Superline full deck tilt trailer comes standard in 18 foot lengths with optional lengths up to 20 feet, the deck consists of inch and a half pine for long-lasting durability and enhanced resistance to weathering.This trailer is built with a durable four-bolt adjustable hitch plate offering changeable settings, ranging from thirteen to eighteen inches, to match the hitch height of your tow vehicle. This model comes standard with a 2-5/16” self-seating ball coupler or an optional 2-1/2” pintle ring.For ease of operation (and to save you time), our 7,000 lb. top-wind jack reduces cranking with a convenient drop-leg feature. Simply remove the pin, lift the jack leg, and clip the pin back into place. An innovative Zip trailer breakaway system eliminates fraying, dragging, or breaking. A sealed 7-pin RV plug, fully wired to a weatherproof junction-box, provides a fast and secure electrical connection to your tow vehicle.
