Had flywheel resurfaced by a machine shop
Rebuilt the 4wd Transfer case and mated it to the H55 transmission
Had the driveshafts modified to accommodate the change in length
Replaced Timing Cover Gasket Set, Oil Pan Gasket, Rear Main Seal, Push Rod Cover Gasket Set including cleaning, sandblasting & painting of valve cover, push rod cover, front timing cover & oil pan
Replaced all vacuum lines with new hoses
Converted the HVAC system from R12 to R134A refrigerant & installed a new AC dryer assembly (AC system output: 48-degrees/ center vent)
Replaced the front windshield and gasket with new front glass
Complete removal, cleaning, and replacement of the interior
Installed soundproofing across the entire floorboard section and replaced the original carpeting with a custom vinyl floor system
Replaced the cracked dash pad cover
Rebuilt the HVAC control panel in the center of the dash
Replaced the second-row seat back to utilize headrests
Re-painted all seat hardware to match the interior
Replaced and rebuilt the front seats using new foam
Installed later model passenger grab bar
Installed a locking center console assembly, painted & matched to the interior using a custom fabricated aluminum mount to function as an armrest
Installed an Alpine Stereo with handsfree phone integration & Bluetooth
Installed Alpine speakers in both the front & rear doors as well as soundproofing inside all interior door & body panels
Replaced antennae assembly
Installed a complete OLD Man Emu suspension system including the following: new leaf springs, new U-bolts, new greaseable shackles & pins, new suspension bushings, shock absorbers & steering stabilizer
Replaced all of the original rubber brake hoses using braided stainless-steel hoses & flushed the brake system using DOT 4 brake fluid
Replaced all of the rubber belts and hoses on the vehicle using sis hose clamps
Replaced the broken L/F turn signal housing and headlight bucket & Bezel as well as replaced both turn signal lens
Replace the reverse light bulbs and all exterior marker lights using LED bulbs for better visibility
Installed Outback side mirrors for better visibility
Replaced the rear hatch lock assembly
Fabricated and installed custom steel front & rear bumpers
Mounted, balanced & installed 4 33x10.50R15 Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires
Cleaned, buffed, and waxed the exterior paint
Replaced all vehicle fluids using Antifreeze,75W90 synthetic gear oil, full synthetic transmission fluid (P/S system), 10W30 Oil & Engine oil & air Filters
One repair item not done yet:
(1) There is a small hole in the air conditioning condenser that needs to be repaired or replaced so the AC currently doesn't work.
Mechanically, the vehicle is in very good condition. The entire vehicle could be in excellent condition if a new owner (after purchasing the vehicle) did the following three items:
(1) re-painted
(2) replaced headliner
(3) body work on the rear right panel around the gas tank door (see pictures)
