1995 Fleetwood Terry 29S Travel Trailer for sale in Seven Hills, OH 44131

This 1996 Fleetwood Terry is 32-foot-long with an awning. This is perfect for the family or deer hunters. It has a full-size shower, a Queen, walk around bed and stain glass overhead cabinets in the living area and bedroom. This trailer is fully contained, basement storage, has a complete kitchen with a double sink, refrigerator, microwave and stove.

SELLERS NOTE: It has 4 propane tanks (2 new tanks and 2 old tanks that need new O rings), a new 2016 hot water tank ($500), good tires and was winterized this last fall. The front part of the roof was replaced and sealed. Everything does work in this trailer. The 2 house batteries in front do need to be replaced. Repairs do need to be made on the ceiling in bathroom (doesn’t leak water), panel coming loose and a 2 ½ X 4 foot section paneling needs replaced near the entrance. Door window is a little small and will should be replaced. There is a dent on the right rear corner of the exterior. Mini blinds will need to be replaced. Bed in bedroom has stains on it. Awning needs replaced but seller was unable to get a replacement. Photos of these are listed on the ad. Trailer needs a thorough cleaning, it has been sitting.
