My brother bought some property up in Wyoming and this truck was in the barn. A couple years of work and upgrades has this truck running like a beast. We replaced the blue interior with a grey, since the last guy painted the truck grey. It was a white truck before.

My brother is a big rig driver hauling cattle and didn't have the time to get the title in his name. So, he gave the truck to me. I now have a clean green Oklahoma title in my name. I want to keep the truck, but my wife is not a fan, it is too big for us.... (her) So I'm selling her (the truck) to pay for my wife's nursing classes she is currently taking. When she is a RN, I get to pick my next project, she promises.

You have read the pros about the truck.

    Here is the cons.

Dents and dings here and there all over the truck (it's a 23-year-old truck so as is sale)

The paint job was obviously cheap and it's flacking in some places exposing the previous white color. But from 30 foot it looks cool.

The tailgate's handle is broken but the mechanism is exposed so you can open it.

You must use a key to manually open the driver side door. The passenger door lock was missing and silicone up when we found the truck.

It has an oil leak. I think it is coming from the return oil line for the turbo and only leaks when it is not running. (The o ring)

The radio was working great when we started bringing the truck back, but then it just didn't come back on one day. Could be an easy loose wire fix. I checked the relay and it tested good.

This last snowstorm I put the scanner in tow mode (It's still in tow mode) when I was out recuing jeeps and Duramax's from the snow and the screen went white. I called SCT flash and after an hour of trouble shooting, they believe the scanner needs to be mailed in and fixed for $100 and then it's back to being really easy to use. It had an extreme, eco, stock, and tow mode on it. With it still in tow mode, I promise you will be impressed with this truck. It's fun to drive.

The heater works great. The A/c works awesome for like fifteen minutes then the ac clutch won't engage the compressor anymore. I think it’s going to be something simple. The driver side rear outer axel seal has started leaking. I drive it to work to work one day a week to keep the fluid moving.
