“1997
Jeep Wrangler Sahara Hardtop. 4.0L 6-cylinder engine with an automatic
transmission/4WD. Original purchase documents, master sheet, maintenance
records, and clean Carfax report available.
1)
Less than 40, 000 original miles. Please note: mileage depicted in any
images/video was accurate specifically at the time of capture, actual mileage
will vary, however, mileage is under 40,000 as stated.

2 technical owners per title history (Mom was the original purchaser and sole
driver; title transferred to me (son) for asset preservation purposes). Clean
title.

Vehicle has been carport or garage kept since new. Vehicle was uncovered
approx. 2 months Jan/Feb 2024 and was subsequently detailed and placed in
garage storage location. The driver seat cover has one minor instance of dirt
smudge near driver hip area. Velcro strips on interior door panels obscure cracks
on upper radius of panels. (This was a final solution implemented following
replacement of both panels (OEM) multiple times, at several hundred dollars
each, and experiencing crack recurrence following low ambient temperatures of
Ohio winters. It is suspected that there is an issue in the current molds being
utilized for these panels, resulting in material thinning / stress risers at
the point of cracking. Upgraded OEM stereo (AM/FM/CD – Equalizer)

Vehicle starts, runs, and drives as would be expected. No evidence of fluid
leakage on storage unit floor at time of listing. Outside of exhaust, no
performance modifications.

No body leaks apparent (hard top, doors, etc.) when last driven in rain
(approx. 6 months ago). All seals are believed to be original.

Vehicle has steering shaft seal squeak when in lower ambient temperatures. This
is a common/known issue on these Jeeps. If in cooler climates—lubricate yearly
or replace steering shaft => firewall seal.

Stainless exhaust. New hood hold-downs. New Interstate MT-34 (700 CCA) battery
(08/2024). 5 New Cooper Discovery AT3 – 265/75/R15 Tires (approx. 100 mi.). 4
New Quadratec shocks. New Moog suspension components (approx. 100 mi.).
Original suspension components with rubber bushings replaced due to age/rubber
degradation. Note: not all components noted on provided invoice were applicable
for this application, several bushings were either included as preassembled
components or ordered in redundancy to ensure availability for installation.
Front suspension/steering alignment performed following suspension component
replacement. New 8 Quart high-capacity transmission pan/Transmission fluid
(approx. 20 mi.). New Prothane transmission mount (approx. 20 mi.). Note: This transmission
mount is quite rigid and as such transmits more engine vibration to the cab,
mirrors, etc. at an idle, if this is bothersome, replacement with a softer,
rubber-based transmission mount might be considered.
8)
Vehicle was repainted late 2006 due to damage incurred while following a tanker
truck leaking caustic solution on the roadway. Only minor damage to clearcoat,
however, due to widespread nature of damage, a complete repaint was performed.
Repairs performed by local Jeep dealer. Fiberglass fender flares repainted 2x
by local body shop chasing the ubiquitous rock induced paint bullseyes.”
