Upgrades and new items, Interior upgraded to a Southwest décor, the small TV replaced from above the front windshield to a large pop-up 50” TV cabinet in front of the couch, a 360-degree Winegard TV antenna replaced the crank up TV antenna on the roof, the coach has a Satellite antenna installed also. September 2023 installed six new tires, has two new D-8 Batteries for the Coach and new D-8 batteries for engine in 2021, replaced the inverter in June 2024 with a New Magnum 2000-Watt Inverter and has three years of Warranty. Replaced both the Extend and Retract Solenoids on the slide, Replaced the Hot Water Heater, Replaced the starting capacitors in the Air Conditioners, May 2024 replaced the cargo bay lift Hydraulic lift cylinders. 

This floor plan has lots of storage inside and down in the cargo bays. In fact, it has two very large pass thru bays with two large slide-out cargo trays both with electric outlets. Dining table & chairs on a Ceramic Tile Kitchen and Bath Floor. Corian Kitchen And Bath Countertops Impart the Well-Deserved Look and Feel of Luxury. Note: the table has a leaf that can be put in and two additional matching padded oak chairs that are stored in the cargo bay for company.  

The Coach has been stored inside a shed and with only 80,550 miles, we are basically selling this coach for less than we have into it. We bought this RV from our father to go South for the winter for the last 4 years to Padre Island Texas. The reason we are selling it is January 2024 we bought a trailer house in the RV park and now don’t need this RV to live in anymore down South. This is a great highly sought after 36’ Coach, that runs Great and is in very good condition. We have done all the hard work to keep it in great traveling condition and is turn key ready to go. 

Disclosure: This 2000 Country Coach Allure Millennium Edition retailed for $207,150 dollars. Normally this Coach would book for over $60,000 dollars. When we bought this coach there was some rust on the entry door to the coach (which is still there today), Also he had backed into something that dented the right side of the top of the coach’s ladder and put a small crease in the roof (which he had fixed). Front left driver's side windows - the Swiggle seal window spacer expanded due to heat and are visible within the window space. There is no issue, seals are good, don’t leak, or fog up, it was that way when we bought the coach.”
