I am moving out of my beautiful studio apartment RV! I completely renovated & remodeled this RV to make it my cozy & reliable new home for the last year. I have truly made some of the best memories of my life. Now it’s time for me to pass it on to you so you can start your adventure full of new places! 

 

This RV has just 23,924 miles and I am only the 2nd owner. Everything in it is brand new. Along with a brand-new engine (maybe 500 miles on it), it also has a new water system, new propane system, new home battery, new generator battery, new fuel pump, new water pump, and new tires.

  

It has 4 beds, with the capacity to comfortably sleep 7 people. It has a fold-out couch & the main bedroom holds a QUEEN size bed w/ brand new memory foam gel mattress to be included. Bedside table racks, shoe racks, kitchen and bathroom racks, spice rack, coat hangers and everything you could possibly need to be organized and maximize all your RV space has been installed.

  

The storage in this RV is out of this world. I am a girl with a TON of stuff & was able to very comfortable fit everything in this RV for living.

  

It has a massive 3 section closet with 2 deep drawers. Also has storage under the couch, bed, benches at the breakfast table, total of 19 cabinets + 2 EXTRA large cabinets above cab & both mirrors in the bathroom store more toiletries, etc. than you could ever need. Also has several large compartments down outside. Storage is NOT a problem in this RV!

  

It has beautiful hardwood flooring throughout & a door that separates the master bedroom from rest of RV, creating extra privacy w/ guests/kids. It has 2 TVs, DVD player & tons of built-in mirrors making it feel just like home. Has a full-size indoor shower as well as an outdoor shower & water pressure is incredible. My favorite feature in whole RV is the thermostat auto feature, keeping it the exact temp, you want all day. Works great on the generator & while plugged into shore power, you can turn the auto setting on to keep the RV whatever temp you want all day, just like home. The fridge and freezer run off the option of battery or propane, with a 3-burner stove, a microwave, oven, and a double sink. It has a huge awning for grilling or hanging outside too.

  

It has a 40-gallon freshwater tank, or you can just connect a hose to the water system and have unlimited running water like a house.

  

I’m very sad to say goodbye to this RV but I have bought a condo downtown for work and I don’t have anywhere to store it now. Excited for the next person to enjoy it as much as I have!
