SELLERS NOTES FOR DISCLOSED ITEMS:  The coach sold "As Is".  See photos for disclosed items.    

1.   The tires on the front are 1 year old. The rear tires will need to be replaced within the next year. 

2.  3M Film (on front of coach to protect rocks from chipping paint) has mold spots underneath 3M film - common problem - would look like new if replaced.

3.  Granite floors have barely noticeable rub marks from slideout going across.  They can be buffed out.

4.  When freezer draw is pulled out - there are 2 tiny dents.  Cannot see it when the freezer is closed.  Caused by dropping pickle jar onto freezer drawer when it was open.

5.  4" long crack in fiberglass near left corner of rear slideout.  It has been sealed and never been a problem.

6.  3 very small places where 2" trim has a little oxidation under paint on trim.  I used a pen to show how small the spots are.
