The 2014 Summit Edition Jayco 27DSRL White Hawk floorplan with many upgrades. We really loved this unit and maintained it in great shape with several improvements to its design. The 30amp service is protected by a Progressive Industries Electrical Management System and a removable Marine style 30ft cord with a 10ft extension included. A whole house residential water filtration system is installed. The sofa has been replaced with Thomas Payne Heritage Series Destination Memory Foam Tri-Fold Sofa. A recliner is included. All interior cushions have been recently upgraded with memory foam for comfort. A JT Strongarm stabilizer system is installed for a solid platform experience. The main entry pull out steps have been replaced with a set of Solid Steps (TM) for stability. The trailer comes with Dual Duracell 6V Golf batteries for 40AH total capacity. A set of X-Chock Wheel Stabilizers are included. All faucets are upgraded in Bathroom (quarter turn shower, extended sink) and Kitchen (spray hose, tall sink). A custom Shoe Box/Bench at entry door is included for extra storage. The Queen mattress was recently upgraded to a 10in memory foam model. A Rhino sewer hose and 10ft extension is included. The range hood has been upgraded with a Fabulous (TM) Range Fan. The refrigerator has a Smart RV fan installed for greater efficiency. The bathroom vent fan has been upgraded to a Fantastic Fan with an external cover for use in any weather. The thermostat is a household digital model. A King Jack TV antenna replaced the flimsy original. An upgraded 32in High Definition TV/Roku installed. The electric awning includes a matching sunblock/privacy screen. The tires were recently upgraded to Goodyear Endurance Load E rated on aluminum wheels. An Andersen Mfg. Weight Distributing Hitch is included. A RV cover with wheel covers is included for storage. The RV was recently winterized for storage (Oct 19) and is covered. All manuals/warranty available for installed equipment. This is really a turnkey unit ready to roll!
