Modified feeder fork for much better performance in fodder and damp crops. Knotters have new bill hooks last year.

Both chains replaced last year. Installed three point hook-up hitch for towing a bale wrapper.

Installed "cheese graters" in bale chamber for improved bale shape.

New hydraulic pump for bale compression cylinders.

Plunger knives flipped to other sharp side.

Changed oil in all gear boxes (replaced with JD oil).

PTO replaced last year.

Sellers Additional Provided Information

Preservatives and twine pictured come along. Some spare parts (see pics).

We bought a machine in early '21 with a failed plunger drive arm bearing.

Bearing had failed because the auto-greasing line had broken because a zip-tie was incorrectly installed from new.

Replaced bearing with JD equivalent parts.

Bad bearing had caused plunger to walk side to side in the chamber and damaged the chamber walls and floor.

Hired professional welding shop to repair chamber.

Nothing structural was compromised.

We then used the machine for two seasons and put on about 3000 bales.

Operates fine and correctly.

Selling because we decided we do not need it.
