Owner’s Description

This 1997 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Convertible features a rare and striking color combination of Bright Red exterior paint and a White Leather interior. Powered by the 5.7L LT1 350 V8 engine, it has just under 69,000 miles and is equipped with a six-speed manual T56 transmission and an upgraded Tick Performance short-throw shifter. A custom dual exhaust setup with a Flowmaster Series performance muffler adds to its unmistakable muscle-car sound, and like-new Hankook tires complete the package. Interior features include power seats with dual lumbar support, the original equipment radio with cassette player, and a 10-disc CD changer in the trunk. The white canvas convertible top operates properly, opening and closing without issue, and features an intact rear window with working defrost, although the top shows some cosmetic wear. The pop-up headlights also work great. Garage kept under a cover and driven only to car shows, this Trans Am is a distinctive example of 1990s American performance with a rare color combination and desirable six-speed manual transmission. Stock shifter parts and original exhaust tips are included.
