This 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible is a striking example of one of Plymouth’s most desirable full-size performance models, with just 3,858 Sport Fury convertibles produced for the 1964 model year. Acquired by the seller in 2021, the car underwent an extensive rotisserie refurbishment completed in June 2025. The work included a fresh red repaint with clearcoat, replacement of the power-operated white convertible top, replated chrome trim, and a rebuilt 383ci V8 and TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission.

The rebuilt 383 V8 has been enhanced with an Edelbrock intake manifold, carburetor, open-element air cleaner, and finned valve covers, along with a PerTronix Flame-Thrower ignition coil, Summit digital ignition box, aluminum radiator, Hedman headers, and a 2½-inch dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Power steering and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes add modern driving confidence, while red-painted 15×8-inch slotted wheels with bright hubcaps and trim rings complete the aggressive period look.

Inside, the cabin features high-back black vinyl bucket seats, a matching rear bench seat, black carpeting, a woodgrain-trimmed center console, in-dash tachometer, and Kenwood AM/FM/cassette stereo. Exterior highlights include quad headlights, a hood scoop, engine-turned side trim, Sport Fury badging, chrome bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets. The five-digit odometer shows approximately 95,000 miles, though the seller states the reading is not accurate and the true mileage is unknown. Offered with a clean Oregon title, this Sport Fury Convertible is a beautifully restored classic that combines iconic 1960s Mopar style with strong performance and desirable upgrades.
