PROS Engine in excellent condition and runs great. Main battery replaced in 2020. All new tires with less than 20 miles. Dometic refrigerator, levelers, water heater, stove top, bedroom furnace. Sinks, shower, and toilet all working. 6’ closet in bedroom. Ample storage inside and underneath. Awnings working and looking great. Clear title and tags current.
CONS No central A/C. Furnace in main living currently not blowing warm air (we have been using an oil space heater effectively). Driver’s side, double paned window had one pane break before I purchased. Water stains on ceiling in living room from a previous roof leak.

Owner's Note: Formica separated in small area on counter between front door and sink. Dometic refrigerator needs minor repair. One of the panes from driver's double pane window is broken. Window still closes. Moisture between two panes in driver’s window. Carpet stains on entry way. Front door window screen scratched. Previous water damage on ceiling from leak by antenna. Water damage on the wall just behind driver's seat. Electrical concern regarding house batteries draining. Light missing on driver's side. One bedroom mirror missing on closet door. Second passenger captains chair has been unbolted from floor and not replaced. Interior skylight for bathroom needs to be reinstalled. New hardware has been purchased, just not installed. 15V breaker needs to be replaced.
