“40' Diesel Pusher, in good condition, Safari Continental, 3126 Caterpillar motor, (pre-def) with Allison 6-speed transmission. Runs and drives well. New rooftop A/C unit (1 original, 1 new) and new Winegard unit. The interior original dinette set has been removed and replaced. The original carpeting has been removed and replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The original TV antenna, satellite disc, washer, and dryer have been removed. The carpeting in the bedroom has been replaced. The interior wall surfaces have been restored with new fabric. The entire original fiberglass roof has been removed and replaced with a 60 mil commercial grade, fully adhered roofing membrane. The coach batteries have been replaced. A new camera system has been installed replacing the original rear view camera. The rear exterior mural has been replaced. There are some things in need of repair. The original Hurricane hot water heating system is not operable. The original heat exchanger for cabin heating has a leak. The cabin A/C is not operable. There are some blisters in the exterior paint. The exterior awning has been removed, but not replaced. There are 2 cracks in a corner of each of the glass windshields (not in the vision areas). The original ice maker is inoperable. The dinette bench has a small tear in the vinyl fabric. The fuel system has a small air leak. The kitchen countertop has a crack in the Corian surface. The exterior porch light is missing the plastic cover. There is a small water supply leak near the kitchen sink. The RV was serviced in 2023 with new brakes, filters, air bags, tires, exterior roof & paint, interior flooring, roof air vents, and domestic water pump. Passed Maryland inspection. Generator serviced in 2023. Starts & runs well.”
