Sellers washed and conditioned the roof every year. It was waxed outside once a year. Unit is in excellent shape with what the seller would call less than average cosmetic issues than normal. Last year the decal was peeling and Keystone agreed to supply the decals, but we paid to have all old one stripped and new ones put one. So all decals where replaced all expect about 4 that they left out. The small door to the auxiliary fuel has bubbling in the paint. Seller assumes the fumes caused it. The couch vinyl is peeling. These are the only issues with the whole unit.

Interior Features:

It sleeps 8 total, 6 easy and the most the seller has used it for, but 8 if you use the self-inflating mattress that goes off the living room couch (never used). 2 in master bedroom, toy hauler room as dual beds that with electric motor lowers from ceiling to sleep 4.

There is a separate room for toilet and a full size stand up shower.

Flat screen in living room runs on antenna or factory DVD stereo player.

It has an ONAN gas generator on board with electric start that start by the push of a button from the inside. Only 340 hours on generator. Toy Hauler includes 16 gal auxiliary refuel tank that will run generator alone for over 3 days or can be used to fuel toys up at the campsite.Seller has always used full synthetic oil in it. Electric or gas water heater. It has dual Air conditioner units (optional unit was added in bedroom).

Garage is 10 foot and will accommodate all motorcycles. 800 2 seater rzr, 900 2 seater rzr, two seater can am commander and maverick models. Seller spent 1600 dollars on new tires.
